nav What payment options are available from BMT Micro?

For your convenience, BMT Micro accepts the following methods of payment:

  • Credit Cards
  • Money Orders / Cashiers Checks

  • VISA/MC Debit Cards from USA banks
  • Maestro/Solo Debit Cards from UK banks

We accept most major credit cards. For your order to ship without delay, you must give the billing address and ZIP code that your credit card statement is mailed to. We will not ship to a different address unless we have a faxed signature and can verify the "Ship to" address by phone. We reserve the right to refuse to ship to a different address than the credit card statement mailing address.

  • Personal checks are welcome, but please allow up to two weeks for your check to clear the bank. All checks must be drawn on US banks and are subject to approval.

Make all checks payable to BMT MICRO and write FOR DEPOSIT ONLY on the reverse side of the check for your protection. In the lower-left edge of your check, please write in the name of the program you are registering. Please be sure US Checks are in US Dollars. Banks cannot clear checks in currency other than their own. Handwriting US Dollars on a foreign check will void the value of the check and we will have to return the check for replacement.


Cash
We do not recommend sending cash or currency in the mail. If you do choose this method, however, we will be responsible only for delivery if the mail containing your registration and cash require a signature upon receipt of delivery by a BMT Micro employee.

Special Information for our German Customers
Any program we distribute can also be purchased by depositing the registration fee into our account with Commerzbank. Please fill out our off-line order form and mail or fax to us before depositing funds into account.

When purchasing a product via transfer into our Commerzbank account, it is imperative that you submit an order form for the product you are purchasing. In the form's credit card field, type COMMERZBANK. We will enter the order into our system, and as soon as your transfer arrives in our account, we will fill the order. Remember, without an order form on file, we have no way of knowing who you are or what you purchased.

Shipping Options
About Shipping Options

The following prices for First Class Mail and various express courier services are rough guidelines and are always superceded by the shipping price for an individual product as listed on this site. Multiple product orders that require shipping may have shipping prices higher or lower than if the individual shipping prices are simply added up.

Electronic Delivery

Electronic delivery of live code, unlock codes, and activation numbers is done at no charge. We require that the exact billing address of the credit card be given during the order process in order to send products via email. We reserve the right to refuse email delivery to an order we can not absolutely verify as being legitimate due to the potential of credit card fraud. If the product is sent as a file attachment, our standard policy is to use MIME encoding. Optionally, some products are available via FTP from our FTP site or might be available via a password protected web page.
U.S. Postal Service

Orders are shipped by First Class U.S. Mail anywhere in the world free of charge unless otherwise noted in the order form of the program you are purchasing. Some products are not available for USPS delivery and must be sent by FedEx or Airborne for tracking purposes.

Priority Mail is $6 USD
Global Priority (where available) is $15 USD
Overnight (Airborne) is $19.00 (add $10 for HI and AK)
Overnight (Fedex) is $20.00
International Fedex is $45.00*
Internation Express thru the USPS is $30 USD*
First class mail is $3 USD (may vary according to weight)

nav How do I place an order online?

Once you have reached the order form, you only need to complete all of the required fields.

Make certain that the order form indicates the correct product that you wish to purchase. You should also double-check the quantity option.

Please provide the most accurate information including telephone numbers so that we will be able to contact you in the event that there is a problem with your order. Your information is never shared or sold.

You will notice that we recommend that you do not use any "freemail" accounts as your email address. These addresses have a high rate of fraud and we therefore manually process any orders placed with a "freemail" email address.

The last section of the order form requests your payment information. Online orders are restricted to credit cards only. Be sure that the credit card being used matches the name and address information entered at the beginning of the form.

nav Does BMT Micro accept Purchase Orders?

Yes we do, but with the following provisions...

  • We require an actual Purchase Order Tracking Number, complete billing information, to include a contact name and a direct telephone number and email address(if available)
  • We require complete shipping information. A contact name, physical street address, state/province and postal code
  • All media, CDs, Floppy Disks, etc. is billed at an additional cost, when software titles are to be provided in physical form
  • Terms are NET 30
  • There is a minimum charge of US$250.00 for all P.O. Orders
  • Payment in Euro is available to the following account with Commerzbank:

nav I just placed and order, what happens next?

On behalf of all of our software publishers, we would like to first thank you for shopping with BMT Micro!

Once you have placed an order online, you should receive either an order receipt or order confirmation within minutes via email. Keep in mind that a number of factors including the use of "freemail" accounts and heavy network traffic can delay this message for up to 48 hours. If you have not received any confirmation and 48 hours have passed, please contact our customer service team.

If the product is deliverable by email you should also receive the product registration information within minutes. The same exceptions apply as above in addition to the fact that a large number of products are delivered by the develpors themselves. In the case of products delivered by the developer, you should contact them at the email address included in your order confirmation for information on when the product will be delivered.

nav I received a "Credit Card Denied Error" or "Data Entry Error" when ordering. What does this mean?

Check to make sure the credit card number has been input correctly, as well as the First Name, Last Name and Expiration Date and CVV Code. If the information is correct, and you still receive this error, then you need to contact your credit card company or banking institution to find out why you were denied.

nav My credit card bill shows I was "double billed" for the software I purchased. How does this happen and can I get a credit?

Sometimes users 'double-click' the SUBMIT button when the order form is filled out. This can be an unconscious act that results in double billing. Be careful to click the submit button only once to avoid this.

If you think you were double-billed, we will gladly refund the duplicate billing. Simply contact us by telephone at 1-800-414-4268 or email us at orders@bmtmicro.com

nav I was told my credit card would be credited. Why hasn't it happened yet?

The credit process is not instataneous. BMT Micro submits credits wihtin 24 hours of their request. However, it is up to the card holder's bank as to the time frame for the credit visibility.

nav How do I refresh my browser cache?

  5. Exit and relaunch the browser.
